Level 1 takes you beyond the pre-Master Usui Reiki levels.

Level 1 prepares you for Level 2, which activates tummo (‘inner fire’) energy.

The Reiki tummo level 1 attunement prepares you to receive the reiki tummo level 2 attunement.

Level 2 safely awakens your kundalini, and further opens and cleanses your energy channels.* After level 2 you will feel dramatically different benefits.

Reiki Tummo Level 1 and 2 complete the first stage in the attunements uniquely offered in reiki tummo. While you will be able to channel energy and treat clients after level 1, both you and your clients will experience greater benefits, as the cool reiki works in synergy with the fire of the kundalini.  It is usual for students to complete Level 1 & 2 in the same weekend.

For those who wish to go beyond this level and undertake advanced studies, Levels 1 & 2 are pre-requisites for undertaking (a) Meditation & Pineal Gland Activation, (b) Advancing Kundalini (c) Reiki Tummo Level 3A and (d) Inner Heart workshops. (Please note that Level 3A and Inner Heart can only be taken after independent  practices have been completed by the student.)

Level 3A reiki tummo

Level 3A
Level 3A is very special and your capacity to channel is taken to an advanced level. To take Level 3A, you must practice for 21 days after Level 2.

  • Cleansing the Inner part of a chakra

Shing chi 8th chakra attunement. 
This is the first step to the development of the divine chakras. This is a bonus attunement for which there is no additional fee. This special attunement will allow you to channel energy higher than reiki and strengthen your connection to the Source of love and light.    


Advancing Kundalini

Kundalini workshop is a fun, energising workshop, packed with exercises that are designed to rapidly improve the flow of kundalini energy and the cleansing processes. These cleansing practices work on your whole self, supporting the cleansing and strengthening of your own heart.

The Kundalini workshop can be undertaken immediately after Level 2.
  • Simple ways to make the Kundalini work its best 24 hours a day
  • Techniques to speed up the Kundalini cleansing process

Meditation and Pineal Gland Activation

The meditation workshop is a short but deep workshop, that helps you to realise more about the meditation that underpins reiki tummo and open heart meditation. 

Through a series of practices and attunements that activate the pineal gland, the student can settle the mind and more easily move into a meditative state, allowing a space to allow your heart consciousness to become stronger. In daily life, one's concentration and relaxation improves.

In addition to further cleansing practices, the student is also introduced to Meditation to be an Instrument of Love and Light.
 
The Meditation workshop can be taken immediately after completing Level 2.
  • Cleansing the Rudra knot
  • Activating the pineal gland to improve meditation

  • Improving connection to higher consciousness

Inner Heart

There is one further workshop offered: Inner Heart.

In this workshop you learn to use your inner heart , to access the deep wisdom, peace and love that you have within you, that connects you profoundly with universal divine energy, and will assist you to progress on your spiritual journey. This workshop is only taught by the most advanced Reiki Tummo Masters. For this reason, it is normally only taught by Master Irman Effendi, the founder of reiki tummo just prior to a spiritual retreat which is held once each year in Australia.

The completion of all the above workshops is a prerequisite for attending the spiritual retreat and master yoga courses, which are lead by Irman Effendi, the founder of Padmacahaya International.

Level 3B is offered to some diligent students, and is the Reiki Tummo Master Level.
