There is also often an opportunity to receive reiki tummo after an open heart meditation session. Channeling Reiki Tummo is carried out by those who have attended Reiki Tummo workshop.
For those who have already attended the Reiki Tummo workshops, channeling Reiki Tummo can be incorporated into the meditation practice. These techniques are taught in the "medtation" and "advancing kundalini" workshops.
