Open Heart Workshops
There are six levels of open heart workshops. Each workshop is one day.
Levels 1 and 2 may be done in the same weekend.
It is necessary to practice for at least 21 days before joining the next levels.
Similarly, Level 3 and 4 may be taken in the same weekend, but again it is necessary to practice for at least 21 days before joining the next levels.
Level 5 and 6 may also be taken in the same weekend.

After completing the six workshops it is possible to join the Spiritual Retreat.
